Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

This Christmas was truly one of a kind. There was this supernatural sweet rest of the Lord that filled the day. Personally, my celebration, thankfulness, and reflection was laser focused on Jesus. In past Christmases, my focus had been the same but this Christmas there was greater depth to all of it. It was a wonder that I had not felt or experienced before. It is as if, Jesus Christ joined in this day and flooded the earth with His peace, as the Prince of Peace. Further, I imagined Him saying in an amplified way for all to hear, the King is here. Be at Peace, take your rest, for it is finished. I sensed a shift the atmosphere and an overwhelming favor of the Lord. The Redeemer Lives and is near. There was a feeling of purity, holiness, and redemption in the air.

It was like I was experiencing the new day void of darkness and all that proceeds it. John 3:16: “God so loved the world that He gave “of His Son. Jesus came because of His love of the Father and humanity. I know Jesus loves me. This Christmas, I felt His love in a way that was supernatural and tangible. I believe it is the precursor of the 2022 for those who have accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior that 2022 will be filled with many heavenly encounters and we will participate in many exploits for the glory of our God. This morning, I was reading Mark chapter 13, I have read the chapter many times and somewhat did not find comfort in it until now. This morning I felt the heart of God as the Holy Spirit highlighted four major themes in the chapter in which I believe are timely for coming days of 2022 and beyond. The themes are as follows:

· Many will stand before governors and kings because of Christ, as a witness to them. The Good News must be proclaimed to all nations (Mark 13:9).

· Whatever assignment is given to you in the coming days as it relates to the lost. Do not be concern with what you will say the Holy Spirit will speak for you (Mark 13:11).

· The one who endures to the end will be delivered (Mark 9:13).

· Watch, Be Alert, Be Prepared, and Remain Awake (Mark 9:23-34).

Jesus is Coming Back Soon. Let us do what we have been made to do. The Church is headed into a year to see His Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Let us keep tracking with the Lord. We must know Him, know His voice, and in knowing Him Trust Him and be ever in His perfect will as we abide in the shadow if his wings. He will never leave or forsake His children. Great is His faithfulness.
